         As a shortwave radio listener there are many areas that
        interest me. I spend many hours tuning into licenced amateurs
        mainly in the 20 metre band. I also listen in on 40 metres and
        80 metres as these bands are usually very active. Another
        aspect of the hobby that I enjoy is receiving and decoding
        morse code transmissions. I also decode SSTV ( slow scan tv )
        weather faxes and RTTY press transmissions.
